Supported Models: All ANDROID models that require APP/REMOTE UNLOCKING. Do NOT submit iPhones or models that require an Unlock Code!

Supported IMEIs: All IMEIs regardless of their status with Metro 

Device must show "NOT ELIGIBLE" upon selecting "Permanent Unlock" in the settings/app. Do NOT submit if device shows any other error (e.g. "Server Issue", "Connection Issue", etc)

Newer devices (2019+): Check "Network Unlock" in your device settings. Older devices (until 2019): Check the pre-installed Metro "Device Unlock" app on your device
